My Coaching Methodology

Core Principles

At the heart of my coaching methodology is a commitment to evidence-based practices. I believe that fitness is both an art and a science, and my approach marries the two. I offer individualized coaching plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals, all grounded in scientific research to help you with a body recomp. 


When it comes to training, the heart of it is through resistance training as this is needed to achieve optimal body composition through building muscle. We also focus on cardio for health/performance and overall movement. Whether you’re a busy professional juggling work and family, an athlete looking to improve performance, or a fitness enthusiast looking to learn more and take that next step, my training techniques are designed to be adaptable and results-oriented toward performance and body composition. 


Nutrition is a cornerstone of any successful fitness and body recomp journey. While tracking calories and macros is a big part of a body recomp, that only scratches the surface of what we work on nutrition-wise. I offer personalized meal plans, macro tracking, etc. all backed by the latest research in human performance and nutrition. No fad diets, no quick fixes—just sustainable, nutritious choices that fuel your body and mind.

Accountability and Support

Accountability is key to long-term success. That’s why I offer regular check-ins, phone calls, progress tracking, and a supportive community to keep you motivated. My aim is to not just be your coach, but also your teammate in this journey, providing the support and guidance you need every step of the way.

Long-Term Focus

My methods are designed for sustainability. I equip you with the knowledge and skills to maintain your fitness gains and balanced lifestyle long after our coaching relationship ends. This isn’t about quick results; it’s about creating lasting change.

Tracking Tools

Without tracking it’s impossible to tell if you’re progressing. To enhance your coaching experience, I utilize custom metrics and custom apps to track your progress in real-time. This allows for dynamic adjustments to your program, ensuring that you’re always moving closer to your body recomp goals. 


Full gym access is optimal. However we can make at home set-ups work. Ideally, you would have atleast a pair of dumbbells that go up to 40-50lbs. 

Ideally you would have atleast 6 months of training experience. Some experience tracking is helpful, but I work with people of all experience levels with nutrition. 

The workouts take about 45-75 minutes to complete. We have training plans that go as low as 3 days per week, and all the way up to 6-7 times per week. 

Only if you want to and have the time to dedicate to it. Cardio is recommended but not mandatory. 

Not at all. Macro counting is a skill, like anything else. Your coaching will be based your strengths, weaknesses and lifestyle. 

Nope. There are literally zero foods on our “do not eat” list. Diets should be enjoyable and there should be no “do not eat foods.” I will show you how to eat the foods you love and still make progress.

Yes. BUT Alcohol is something that will slow down any progress you will be making. Alcohol is not advised, however, everything in moderation (think 1-2 times per week). Overconsumption will be shooting yourself in the foot and making it tougher to reach your goals.

Totally. You put in the work, you will get the results – period.

I will recommend supplements in most cases based on your needs, however no supplement is mandatory. 

It depends how much you are willing to put in. If you put in 100%, you will no doubt start to see results right away.
